My hair looked horrible on my wedding day.
However, I definitely do not recommend Beauty Studio. I'm giving two stars because my makeup was fine and the stylist was at least pleasant.
Still, I wish I would have made her fix it and just delayed the ceremony. In the stylist's defense, I'm sure she would have stayed and tried to fix my hair but because she was running so late, by the time she finished it was time for me to get dressed for the ceremony. However, the first stylist started with my makeup and the second one didn't show up until the first one was just beginning my hair. Also, it turns out that because the stylist was running so late, the company sent a second stylist to do my makeup. I didn't even have proper beach waves and the braids were nowhere close to the picture I showed her. I went to talk with my bridesmaids and picked another hair style but when I came back to the room the stylist told me she watched a video and could do my first request.

Just so we can address any issues on the makeup services, do you know which makeup artist provided the services that the 2 bridesmaids were unhappy with? There were 2 makeup artists that were scheduled for services. I also wanted to look into the makeup services as well - to see what happened with the makeup artists.

I want to provide a full refund for the blow dry service as an apology to you. In this case I can understand why you would feel otherwise. We want each of our clients to feel pampered and that they are treated as a luxury service. As we understand that this was a misrepresentation of what our blow dry service entails - we will make sure to provide the additional steps for the future so that misrepresentation is not repeated on future clients. Our added blow dry service is only charged at $25 - given that the hair is styled and teased (to provided the client's preference on volume) on the final step with the hot tool styling. She sincerely apologized for not providing a level of service that you expected for a blow dry. The hair stylist was addressed by me regarding the blow dry that you received. I want to make this right as a company and want to sincerely apologize to you for any inconvenience you may have experienced. This is to assure that these issues are not repeated on future clients. I was surprised to see your feedback - and wanted to contact you right away to address any issues that happened on your reservation. The team of artists that you were scheduled with on Saturday have each been with my company for years. Our artists are thoroughly selected to assure the highest quality of services in the beauty industry. I am so sorry to hear that our artists did not exceed your expectations on your wedding day. Complimentary makeovers demos for customers can be done on a walk-in basis.
